Ali Berman received her MFA in fiction from Sarah Lawrence College. She is represented by the Strachan Literary Agency.
Ali’s work can be seen in Unsaid Literary Journal, Elimae, Used Furniture Review and Puerto del Sol.
In 2012 she co-founded flipmeover, a production company that seeks to use media to raise awareness of social issues. Ali cowrote quiet de luxe, their debut short film that is playing in film fests around the world.
When not devoting her time to her fiction, Ali works as a humane educator for HEART, teaching children about issues affecting people, animals and the environment.
She is also the senior editor of the popular “green gossip” website Ecorazzi.com.
She resides in NY with her husband and two cats.
